So the mini8 cogs a little bit. Its not to the point that it will not move from a stop, but if you are gently accelerating from a stop it will cog a little before taking off. This is completely bone stock out of the box. Is this normal with the mini8s?

Yeah, they do that. Some guys have switched to a hobby wing esc to fix it. Casey knows more, mine is still stock and I just deal with it

well as long as you haven't burnt up a motor or anything I will let it be. I will hopefully have it at the track tomorrow.

It will be fine. The brakes suck to but u get used to it. It's a twitchy small car, loads of fun to drive and good power for rtr

yeah I'm probably going to try to get a new servo either tomorrow or friday if Elevation has one.
