the mini 8s looked like they would be fun to run. does any one know If it's cheaper at elevation sports or internet?

I think thats probley a topic u need to speak with mark hitchcock at elevation about it dont think anyone here can tell u how much his is besides telling u retail witch is 249.99 if i remember correctly........ mark is a stand up guy and i do business with him alot so drop in and ask.

They are a ton of fun. And don't require a ton of hop ups. Just upgrade the servo and you are good to go

I use the hitec hs 225 mighty mini with the red kimbro servo saver. Cut the top 3 holes off the servo saver so they don't hit the top brace.

The actual problem is the servo saver. Take that bitch off and run a straight horn until you get the new servo

I went and bought the servo for the buggy. I should be good to race Saturday. does this servo need a capacitor?

Nope. Mainly just Savox servos have the huge amp draw. You'll be fine with the Hitec
